Link Workers work directly with each individual to help them in their redress journey. They also work with Delivery Partners to make sure everyone can access the right kind of support. Each partner has a dedicated team that provides support for people during the Redress journey. 

Wellbeing Scotland and Birthlink can support you in your record searches. They can help to:  

• identify and find records  
• compile the records and create a timeline of your time in care 
• ensure you are updated regularly and supported throughout the record search process
